A lot has happened in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Kris Foster's life since her marriage with Jeymi Noguera ended in season 4 of the reality TV show. Kris, a 40-year-old from Alabama (who feels she's still 20 at heart) was a twice-divorced mother of two grown kids named Starr and Dwayne. Jeymi, who's originally from the Philippines, was living in Colombia. Kris planned on moving there after marrying her girlfriend. Kris and Jeymi had known each other for a year, and they met on a dating website.

This was the first time that Kris was going to be openly in a relationship with a female. Kris and Jeymi had almost split up while dating, when Kris supposedly ghosted her for a month. Jeymi had started talking to a different American woman online. The cheating episode continued to wreak havoc in their relationship, but so did the long list of excuses Kris had at the ready whenever she was confronted about her mistakes. Kris even changed the wedding because of a court date she was scheduled to attend, due to her rare motorcycle, which had been stolen. Once she went back, she stopped talking to Jeymi again.

What Kris Has Revealed About Drug Abuse Allegations

Rumors about Kris being on drugs have been surfacing online since her 90 Day Fiancé debut. Kris had revealed onscreen that she had narcolepsy. When she met Jeymi in Colombia for the first time, she shocked her by revealing that she had chronic neck pain that would impact her life for one year. Her dependence on medication for her pain, and Kris having to suddenly rush to the U.S. (where it was hard for Jeymi to reach her for weeks) made viewers believe that she was a drug addict. However, in May 2023, Kris denied all the accusations, and even posted a lengthy response to a fan on Instagram.

“People can talk all they want. They don’t know the first thing about me. They only know how the TV want them to portray me,” wrote Kris. “How many addicts have two homes, [a] car, [a] motorcycle, three jobs, kids with cars, one with a college degree,” she asked the fan. That 90DF viewer had talked about certain viewers posting comments about Kris being a drug addict on Jeymi's posts. Kris stated that she'd worked really hard to help her kids have better lives and opportunities than she did.

Does Kris Have A New Girlfriend After 90 Day Fiancé?

Kris and Jeymi did a good job on social media during their time on 90 Day Fiancé, suggesting they were still together after filming. Both of them shared several photos of each other, especially from their wedding. In the Tell-All, Kris and Jeymi confirmed that they weren't married anymore, and that they'd not even spoken to each other since their last fight in Colombia, as seen in the 90 Day Fiancé finale. Kris' Instagram doesn't seem to suggest she's dating anyone. Her plans to move to Colombia appear to have stalled after her split with Jeymi, considering Kris is still living in Haleyville.

The Real Reason Kris & Jeymi Split On 90 Day Fiancé

It was Kris' son Dayne who was in the news in May 2023 for his April 2022 arrest. He'd been charged with one felony count of trafficking fentanyl, and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, as per InTouch. Kris' trip back to the U.S. after she married Jeymi was extended because of this arrest.

When Kris finally returned to Colombia, she said, “I had to be there to help him. Although Jeymi seemed very supportive of what was going on, that all changed,” during a confessional. Meanwhile, Jeymi admitted, “I feel like all her promises are empty and have no foundation.” She also told the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way producers about Kris not being financially supportive.
