Jacob Christopher Ortiz was born on January 23, 1975 in HuntingtonPlage, California. Her ancestry is mixed as her father, Samuel Ortiz, is of Mexican descent and her mother, Joyce Ortiz, who was born in Hilo, Hawaii, is of English descent. His nickname “Tito” was given to him by his father when he was just one year old and when he was five the family moved to Santa Ana, California.
