Erin Bria Wright popularly known as EB is an American pop singer, songwriter, television personality, and entrepreneur. She is the loving daughter of rap icon, Eazy-E who was best known as a member of rap group NWA.

On July 16, 1991, Erin Bria Wright was born in Compton, California. She is one of nine children born to the late rapper, Eazy E. Erin was raised by her mother after her father’s controversial death in 1995 at the age of 4. in the house of a rap artist and a musical director exposed her to music at an early age. She grew up listening to artists like Avril Lavigne and Britney Spears and hanging out with DJ Quik and Snoop Dogg. Erin became interested in acting and took acting classes at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Erin was born to West Coast rapper and producer, Eazy-E and Tracy Jernigan. Her father, born Eric Lynn Wright on September 7, 1964, is best known as a member of the late 80s gangsta rap group NWA, which counts Ice Cube and Dr. Dre among its members.
After dropping out of high school, he was introduced to dealing drugs by his cousin and did it to support himself. He would later become a rapper after quitting drugs co-founding Ruthless Records with Jerry Heller. Eazy-E earned the Godfather of Gangsta Rap for pioneering the genre of rap music.
The legendary rapper died on March 26, 1995 from AIDS. Jason Mitchell portrayed him in the 2015 film, Straight Outta Compton, which focuses on the rise and fall of the, NWA, and its members. The film dedicated to his memory and directed by F. Gary Gray, was nominated for an Academic Award for Original Screenplay. He had relationships with different women, which resulted in many children, but married Tomica Woods-Wright a few weeks before his death.
Her mother, Jernigan was a musical director. Among those she managed was DJ Uneek who ended up doing a lot of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony music. Jernigan worked with DJ Quik and Lil ‘1/2 Dead and discovered Seven Aurelius. She has also worked with many writers and producers, including producer Detail who directed Beyonce’s Drunk In Love.
